This season has seen the revivals of two of the most storied franchises in NBA history. The Celtics were one of the worst teams in the NBA last season. This year, however, the additions of Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen have put them as the undisputed team to beat in the Eastern Conference.     Garnett and Allen are veteran players who have both been deep in the playoffs. Unlike alot of teams experiencing resurgences, the Celtics are not driven by youth. That will give them a definite edge over their competition until they go up against another experience-laden team like the Pistons.
